Return & Exchange

Maven accepts return and exchange requests within 14 days from the date of delivery.

In order to initiate a return or exchange process, you must inform us within 14 days following receipt of the product and obtain prior “Return Authorization” via info@mavenbag.com

RETURNS & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Products subject to return or exchange must be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Items must be returned complete with their original packaging, all tags, box, and dust bag (if applicable). It is recommended to use protective outer packaging to prevent any damage during transportation.

Products showing signs of use, damage, or not suitable for resale may not be accepted for return and may be sent back to the customer.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The sender is responsible for the product until it reaches Maven.

If the products are not sent in accordance with the specified conditions, the return or exchange request may not be processed.

RETURN PROCESS

Once the product is received, it will be inspected for compliance with return conditions.

If approved, the return process will be completed within 15 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account.

Products that do not meet the return conditions will be sent back to the customer on a cash-on-delivery basis.

Note: You must inform us via email before sending the product for return. After dispatching the item, please share the tracking number with us.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

Once the product is received, it will be inspected to verify compliance with exchange conditions.

If the product is eligible, the exchange process will be completed within 2–5 business days. Items that do not meet the conditions will be returned to the customer on a cash-on-delivery basis.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.
