DOMESTIC ORDERS

Maven orders are delivered throughout Turkey on weekdays.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are, unless otherwise stated, handed over to the courier on the same day. During peak periods (such as holidays, festive seasons, and pre-order processes), delivery times may vary.

All domestic shipments are free of charge and are carried out via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification email. Tracking information will also be shared once your package is handed over to the courier.

Deliveries are made on business days only; no deliveries are made on Sundays or official public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Any customs duties, import taxes, and local charges that may arise for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees may vary depending on the regulations of the destination country.

Maven is not responsible for any additional costs incurred during delivery.

Delays caused by customs procedures may affect estimated delivery times.
