Return & Cancellation Policy
Maven accepts timely exchanges or returns of products within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Any requests regarding the delivery of the product(s) must be made within 14 days following receipt.
Customers must contact customer service in advance via info@mavenbag.com to obtain a “Return Authorization.”
Once you have received the return authorization, you may send the product(s) back to us. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, inside the provided branded packaging. This ensures the products return to us in proper and undamaged condition. Products should be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, placed inside a protective outer shipping box.
Returns that are worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you or result in a rejected refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
